Changes to UK company law: changes to our fees

Source:  Companies House

We increased some of our fees on 1 May 2024.

Companies House fees are set on a cost recovery basis. This means our fees must cover the cost of the services we deliver. We do not make a profit on our fees.

Our fees fund our ongoing operations and new activities related to the measures in the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.

Visit GOV.UK for a full list of Companies House fees.

Further information about the changes

This is the fifth in a series of bulletins about the changes we’ve introduced under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.
