Corporation Tax – service availability and issues

Find out about changes and issues that may affect how you use the Corporation Tax online service to file your Company Tax Return.

We are aware some customers may find there is a delay in receiving their return submission response when submitting their CT600 form online. You may notice these delays more at the end of the month.

We are working to resolve this issue. If you:

  • experience this delay, you should keep requesting the HMRC business response using your software
  • do not receive your online submission response after 48 hours you should contact the Online service helpdesk

Refund Policy

For online payments taken via the Invoice Payment page, no refunds can be given as payment is only taken after my service has been provided.
